We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery only if the product has one or more valid issues, such as:
To qualify for replacement:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
A clear unboxing video from start to end is required as proof for damaged/wrong products.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
We do not offer returns/replacements for:
Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
Small imperfections typical in handwoven sarees
Changes in preference or buyer’s remorse
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or request you to ship the item.
A replacement product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled.
We currently offer replacement only, not refunds, unless the product is out of stock.
